We did most of our communication through text and email since we lived in a different state than where we were buying. Kim was always available and very responsive. She was flexible with helping us "see" homes through video chats. 1st contact to closing was only 2 months so I would say she found us what we wanted and got things done in record time.
Kim went way above to help us look for and provide us with information on everything that has been happening to purchase her new home she is a very good realtor I appreciate everything that she is done to provide everything I had to do I would surely recommend her to anyone that is interested in buying a home thank you. Super friendly does her homework gives you good info on what the market is doing. Will have a good selling plan.works hard at listing your house.will make the selling part easy. Kim is a wonderful woman will keep eye on your house if you are moving out of state let's you know if your grass needs mowed or things need done that you missed. She is very knowledgeable in selling homes and does her best as well. She will market your home all over!! The open houses she does is wonderful! Does her homework so everything is in order! Kim was always available, returned calls and emails promptly. She let me know what and when things were needed. When I had concerns or problems she addressed and resolved them quickly. I never had to contact her twice about an issue. I'm well pleased and would recommend her to all my friends and family.
